Alveus Lacuna This album accompanied me on many pensive walks through the cool summer hills of the Rhineland, reflecting on the beauty of a waning Christendom in Western Europe. I often passed an old Saxon-styled crucifix on those walks, and I offered a reverential bow toward it as these songs danced in my ears. Favorite track: St. Augustine's Journey Through England.

The music in The Doxologion Codex is accompanied with an assortment of themes regarding Saints, prayers, pilgrimages, monasteries, and adapted Liturgical hymnody. Le temps des métaphores est révolu : l'humidité froide, c'est celle des larmes qui coulent sur le visage à cause de la dépression.
